She earned her LPGA Tour card in 2011 and enjoyed her best season in 2013, playing in 13 events, making seven cuts and recording a career-best T19 finish at the Marathon Classic. Danah retired from the LPGA in 2018, transitioning her love for the game into teaching and mentoring others.
Golf runs in Danah’s family: Her father, Denny Ford, is a longtime PGA professional who was named Indiana PGA Golf Professional of the Year in 2010 and competed in both the U.S. Senior Open and PGA Senior Championship. Her brother, Ryan Ford, played golf at Purdue and is also a golf pro, while her husband Steve, whom she married in 2009, is also a golf professional.
Danah and Steve have two daughters. Outside of golf, Danah enjoys shopping, working out, playing tennis, boating, cooking, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
