Harbor Shores is the first beach, golf and residential waterfront community in Michigan’s great southwest.

The Inn was built and appointed to luxury resort standards in a manner best described as understated elegance. The design concept, while influenced by the classic coastal architecture of late 19th and early 20th century Lake Michigan hotels, embraces 21st century conveniences and amenities.

The resort offers 92 luxury guest rooms, a selection of dining options, full service spa, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, state-of-the-art meeting rooms and wedding venues for up to 300 guests and a championship Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.

Located 90 minutes east of Chicago, three hours west of Detroit and three hours north of Indianapolis, Harbor Shores is a convenient weekend getaway destination and an ideal location for team building events, weddings and more.

For those who are enthralled with the area, there are ample opportunities to purchase townhomes, cottage courts, riverfront cottages and side yard cottages.

Recognized for the high standards of Nicklaus Design, The Harbor Shores Golf Club is destined to become a showcase for the Midwest. The 18-hole course runs over four remarkably diverse terrains to challenge golfers as it offers a spectacular setting in which to play.

The beginning holes, 1-6, are in the Inland terrain. Holes 7, 8 and 9 are in a Dunes terrain with dramatic views of Lake Michigan. Holes 10-13 are in the Woodlands terrains, winding through rolling hills, ravines and hardwood forest. The finishing holes 14-18 are placed in a River terrain bordering the Paw Paw River, Ox Creek and its wetlands. The result is a golf course unlike any other, allowing you to experience all the different courses you can play in Michigan, all in one course.

After successfully hosting the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018, Harbor Shores will again play host in 2020, 2022 and 2024 as the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.
