Designed by Rees Jones, Reynolds Plantation’s Oconee Course is for golfers who love to take risky shots.

Risk takers will have plenty of opportunities to go for the big shot when deciding to play over the inlets of Lake Oconee, carrying corners of the tree-lined doglegs, or going for the green while avoiding one of the numerous bunkers.

A 2013 renovation restored all 18 holes to their original size, making the fairways more inviting and the dramatic views of the shoreline that much more dramatic. One of six courses at Reynolds Plantation, this 7,029-yard, par-72 course has hosted a number of tournaments including the annual Linger Longer Invitational collegiate championship, the 2007 PGA Cup, and the annual Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge. The Oconee Course is adjacent to the 251 room AAA Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton Lodge.

With a host of lakefront amenities, three unique dining locations, a luxurious 26,000 sq. ft. spa and ample ballroom and meeting space, The Ritz-Carlton Lodge is ideal for golf getaways, romantic weekends, and corporate events.
