The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail has earned a well deserved reputation as the premier group of public golf courses in the country.
Situated 22 minutes south of Birmingham, Alabama, Ross Bridge is designed to test a golfer’s entire skillset; at 8,191 yards, it is the third longest golf course in the world. Multiple tee locations offer golfers of all levels a chance to test Ross Bridge based on ability – not gender or age.
The course is not built on length alone, though, as changes in elevation and water and other natural obstructions test accuracy. The most spectacular view on the course is between the 9th and 18th greens, where two lakes connect to form an 80-foot waterfall.
